Our Story
Every growth story has a beginning,
Ours began when we were first producing Turn Brown which now our star and
currently only available product amongst our customers. Our production happened
on a much smaller scale than it is right now, we were actually nameless and
just produced for friends, personal needs and when we were desperately in need
of just a few change. Going Pro was not even an option as at then because we
got engaged in other personal stuffs and hustle, we didn't even have a name. We
have been producing Turn Brown since 2012 and we did it for the fun of it. We
had quite a remarkable response from our customers and even with poor traction,
we were able to tell the places our products had been, even off the shores of
Nigeria. Since we decided to become a customer-centric business, the response from
our few customers is what drove us to become everything we are about to talk
about right now.
Who are we?
Mills and Grade is a Food Processing and Animal Production business;
we are popular amongst our customer with one of our product’s name Turn Brown
which is a generic name for a type of cereal food here in Nigeria. We focus on
nutrition based foods from our Agricultural produce, through processing,
packaging, and storage. Currently undergoing various growth stages, we are
developing new products as we grow to become the kind of food processing
company our customers envision. We are customer-centric and do our best to stay
close to our customers, happy customers and healthy families are our goal. At
Mills and Grade, we believe Food business is Serious business.

We are a Nigeria-based business. Over time we have
gone through various range of foods grown in different parts of the country, we
know and understand that we have food for all season almost all year round,
secondly Nigeria also produce majority of cash crops and are well recognized
producers amongst majority of the Food productions they are listed in. So we
decided to take a position in our Agro-allied value chain and take advantage of
the fact the we are an agrarian community, and have better accessibility to
our raw materials since we are venturing into commercial production of
processed foods in Nigeria, not yet on a full-blown scale but are working
towards it, we are currently working new products to introduce into the market
in Nigeria, some of which are not mostly produced commercially or sufficiently
to the market. We look deep into animal husbandry and have a desire to make a
difference in this industry too.
The most important thing is where we are going,
Mills and Grade became our name when we finally got a vision, we enjoy serving
our customers with satisfaction, and their remarks have been encouraging so
far, as much as possible we are aware that there are facts and challenges that
we will have to face to get to where we want to, but we have our eyes set on
the price. We are working diligently to establish as a major food processing
company in Nigeria till we are a household name, we are also working to
increase our Global Influence and yes we are talking
of across continental borders and meanwhile creating and positive
influence in our environment and the world at large. We hope to be in your
